-50% of the payment shall be paid upfront upon booking a commission. The last 50% will be paid once the artist has finished the work and shown the final output (with a watermark which will be removed upon payment completion).-No refunds will be given once the artist has started working on the commission.-Instructions and references provided by the client should be clear and concise (point to point).-The artist will not reproduce a copyrighted image or character without consent of its copyright owner, and as it pertains to the Copyright Laws.-A preliminary sketch will be given for confirmation as per the given instructions and/or references.-At least a week is required to complete the commission. Any deadlines will cost extra, to be agreed upon by the artist and the client.-3 free revisions will be given per commission. Should the client need more, there will be an extra price which will depend on the complexity of the revision.-Some changes to the design, if approved by both the client and the artist, will require renegotiation in terms of the timeframe and the total payment.-Should the client post the artwork in any social media platform, the artist must be credited.-Dont not claim the artwork as your own.-If the client intends on using the artwork for commercial purposes an additional fee will be placed, and the new rates will be discussed.-The client may not edit, alter, or trace the commission without the artist’s expressed, written permission, or as agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.-The artist reserves the right to post the commissioned artwork in any social media platform.-The artist reserves the right to collaborate with, or supervise other artists to deliver the commission.-The client will not permit any use of the commission or misuse the artists name in any way which would reflect discredit on his reputation as an artist, or which would violate the good spirit of the commission-The artist reserves the right to stop working on a commission, or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English , or a breach of these Terms of Service.-If at any point the client has failed to respond to messages or status updates provided by the artist for a period of longer than one month, the contract may be rendered void and further work will require renegotiation.
